Emma Smid – Registered Nurse

Emma Smid is a Salt Lake City, Utah native, and moved to Bakersfield early in 2021. Emma joined our team to assist with both surgical & aesthetics procedures. She works closely with Dr. Yaplee during his surgical days, assisting in the clinic for ophthalmic laser surgeries as well as working in the launch and growth of our Laser & Aesthetics practice. Emma is a great team player and her knowledge transferred quickly to become an asset to the team. Emma is our lead in the operations of our non-invasive body contouring machines, as well as injections; such as fillers, toxins, and PRP. She applies her skills to aid patients in customizing packages to offer the best of aesthetic procedures we provide.

Emma is dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction with every procedure performed. She loves helping our patients have increased self-love and confidence following their treatments. She prides herself on building trusting relationships with our patients while working closely with them to achieve satisfactory results.
